 Come one come all to the first 2021 ICP Business Builders Workshop!

Hosted by Kristine Fondran, Managing Director of the ICP, we have asked Gretchen Harnick, Business Coach and Marketing Specialist to lead us through a 90 minute business visioning and planning session.

If you’ve had to reimagine your business in 2020, this next year will continue to be full of change and opportunities. Inline skating has not seen such explosive growth and attention to the sport since the mid 1990’s. According to industry insiders, skaters are not only dusted off their old skates but are also investing in the latest skates to maximize their skating experience. And new skaters are entering the sport with their eye on having fun, increase physical activity and the opportunity to explore the world safely at a distance.

In this workshop you will learn how to:

• Identify multiple streams of revenue.
• Plan for 2021, whether you are opening a new business, expanding or changing your existing business.
• Know exactly who you are targeting and how to reach them more quickly and efficiently.
• Write a 30 day detailed plan to tackle your year with excitement.
